BM Premium 2-Pack of EN-EL5 Batteries for Nikon Coolpix P80, P90, P100, P500, P510, P520, P530 Digital Camera

Some of my old Nikon p530 batteries had started to swell and would no longer fit in the battery compartment. Others would no longer power on the camera despite showing they were charged in the charger. I assumed either 1) my camera was dead, or 2) the batteries were no longer holding a charge enough to power on the camera. Nikon's website states to check the batteries first, so that's what I did. These came fully depleted so be sure to charge them before use. Once charged, they powered on my camera immediately (thank the lord). I was not prepared to invest in a new camera just yet, so thankfully these batteries solved my problem. At the 15 dollar price point (for 2!) I would no mind replacing the batteries every year if these only last that long. Would recommend and will buy again.

I use these batteries for a Nikon camera. The camera hasn’t been used for several years because the original battery no longer held a charge and I had problems finding a replacement locally. The new batteries work and I can now use the camera again.

I am one of the pickiest shoppers there is when it comes to buying on Amazon. I've been burned before and I have to really want or need something before I'll actually make a purchase.Having said that, I NEEDED THESE BATTERIES... but I didn't have the crazy money Nikon wanted for them. So I gave in and purchased these, even against a slew of bad reviews that said only one battery would work.Sure enough, when I got these in the mail, I popped the first one in and it didn't take a charge, power on the camera or anything. So I took the second one out and it was fine. I let it charge until it was completed and thought I'd try the other one again. As soon as I put it back in, it started taking a charge and went on to charge completely! I don't know why or how it happened, I'm just thankful it did. I purchased these before Christmas, and it's now the end of January and they're still going strong. In my opinion, they're well worth the money!

Bought these to replace the batteries for my Nikon Coolpix P80. The old batteries don't hold a charge very well, and they swelled in the middle making them nearly impossible to insert and remove from the camera. Ordered -no rush- on Thurs. Feb 25 and received on Sun Feb 28, 6 days earlier than expected. The 2 batteries were individually boxed with plastic covers protecting the terminals. They fit the camera perfectly. And I didn't have to charge them before using. They worked right out of the box. I have not had a chance to test their life and ability to hold a charge, and to see how much heat they expend. And most important, I want to make sure these replacement batteries do not start swelling with extended use. Hope to review at a later date. But initially, I am please with the product and company that sold them (Big Mikes Electronics).

I ordered these just before I took a 10 day vacation. I took thousands of photos while on this trip and only had to use one of the two batteries and never had an exhausted battery. Worked great! Extremely pleased.

Exactly what I needed and the price is great!!

I just received these batteries today and wanted to give my first impression. I ordered these replacements for a Nikon Coolpix P5100 because the original Nikon battery was left in the camera for ~4 years and had become swollen. While doing some research for replacement batteries, I kept seeing reviews for other manufacturers that mentioned that they didn't fit in the camera or the chargers despite claiming to be compatible. It made me a little wary to order just the batteries without their chargers because then I'd have to place a second order, which may not arrive before I leave (I'm currently on a trip and wanted to use the camera for the last few days of it), and the charger would possibly be more expensive on its own. However, I'm pleased to report that these do fit in the Nikon charger I got with my camera. I charged one up and turned on my camera with no issues and I have the other one charging right now so I can test out that one. I'll update this review if I run into any issues.
