Oxford Handbook of Gastroenterology & Hepatology (Oxford Medical Handbooks) 3rd Edition

Great book ... but there are missing pages, and others are out of order. I have neither the time nor patience to proofread their books. I've asked for a replacement; we'll see if they just send another defective copy. Either way, this is severely impacting my GI rotation and study.
