Pregnant on first cycle
The good: I’ve been TTC for 14 months using clear blue digital ovulation tests, easy@home ovulation tests AND natural cycles. I finally decided I might as well give this a try and on my FIRST cycle with this monitor I’m pregnant. I can’t believe it. I would definitely recommend it - my ovulation was a lot later in the month than the other tests seemed to indicate and this made all the difference. It prompted me to test every single day from very early in my cycle and even after my peak, I personally found this really helpful as it kept me in a good routine and gave me the confidence I wasn’t missing anything. It’s expensive but for us, it has been worth every penny and more. Praying for a successful pregnancy, but the monitor has definitely done it’s bit!The not so good: you can only start testing at a specific part of your cycle. Luckily for me this coincided with when it arrived but if it wasn’t for that I would have had to wait til the next cycle which would have been disappointing. You have to buy the sticks separately so it is expensive, but obviously so worth it if it works for you like it did for me.You have to wait until the monitor tells you to do a pregnancy test. The first one I did was negative, but I felt I might be pregnant so I did a first response which was positive. The next day I did a repeat pregnancy test on the monitor which was positive but it’s obviously less sensitive than other tests so please keep that in mind and don’t be too disheartened if you get a negative pregnancy test on the first one.Good luck to you all!

It works
This monitor works very well. It's interesting to have an insight into my cycle and know when I might be ovulating. It helped me get pregnant at the first go! I found it easy to use and definitely worth the money.

Marketing ploy! Cheaper options are WAY better
I am really annoyed with myself for falling for this marketing ploy. This product is a great idea in theory if only it had a bit more functionality and flexibility, but in reality it is actually very basic and very rigid which makes it much less useful than advertised, and given how much it costs this is very disappointing. I am more than happy to spend money on quality products that actually work, but this one is nothing more than a way to get women to think they are doing “more” by buying a more expensive product that seems to have more bells and whistles, but they don’t actually add much value. Before buying this monitor I used the regular clearblue digital fertility tests (purple sticks) which detect exactly the same two hormones (estrogen and LH) without being as rigid as this monitor. Here are a few points to consider before buying:* You can only test once a day: the monitor only lets you test once a day within a set and unchangeable 6-hour window. This actually is a very serious limitation if you are trying to conceive, considering some women have only a short LH peak and therefore need to test multiple times a day during the fertile window to catch it. For example last month with the digital kit I tested twice a day and only caught my surge in the evening. By contrast this month with the monitor I can only test once a day during the testing window in the morning (I set it in the morning because the instructions advised used first morning pee). As I result I have now had 13 days of “high” readings in the cycle so far, and the monitor keeps asking me to test every morning. Meanwhile for the past week I have been using other ovulation tests in parallel to triangulate the result, and testing twice a day, and got a clear “peak” on the clearblue digital and a third cheap LH test from the pharmacy while the monitor still showed “high” the next morning. Clearly my peak was short and the monitor missed it. What a joke - had me panicking and anxious for no reason.* It is very rigid: aside from only allowing you to test once a day, it also only allows you to set up a new cycle within the first 4 days or you have to wait until the next period which is so stupid. You can only test for pregnancy starting 3 days before your period which doesn’t account for the psychology of anxious women in the 2 week wait who might want to start testing sooner.* The bells and whistles are so basic: aside from tracking ovulation the monitor allows you to log intercourse and test for pregnancy, but nothing else. Compared to the far superior functionalities of phone apps like Flo and Glow, which allow you to log a wide range of symptoms including temperature, cervical mucus and lots of other things, this monitor is exceptionally basic and definitely not useful enough to justify the cost! At this price I would expect it to be capable of all the functionalities of an app, but currently I still have to log everything on an app so really the monitor is pointless. Add to that, that it looks like an outdated gadget from the 90s and the touch screen is low res.. I’m really really not impressed.* Test sticks are expensive: not only is the monitor itself expensive, but you also have to buy the test sticks separately and they are not cheap, especially when this stupid monitor is asking me to use all 20 sticks in the box this month because it keeps detecting “high”.* Only stores 6 months of data: I really hope it doesn’t take me longer to conceive but in the unlucky event it does, this stupid monitor can only store six months of cycles which is just stupid. Many apps can store much much more than that and allow you to compare your cycles over time which can be really useful. In conclusion this product is nothing but a way to get anxious women to spend a lot more money on something that doesn’t actually offer much additional functionality. You’re much better off using other products in the range, such as the advanced digital test (purple stick) which tests for exactly the same two hormones without the farce of added functionality. You can achieve the same result (in fact, better) with more “basic” ovulation tests and a phone app. If I could give the product zero stars for being a borderline scam, I would._______UPDATE: I am now pregnant after the same cycle when this stupid device made me panic that I was not ovulating because it never showed me a peak. Completely useless device.

Pregnant first try!
I found this monitor very easy to use (not sure why some people want more high tech displays/features when it does everything it needs). Although it may be expensive for some budgets, it's the best £100 (monitor) +£40 (test stick pack) I have spent. I found that prior to using this, tracking ovulation / pregnancy testing (regardless of what I chose to do) can add up quickly i expense. I feel so blessed that I am now pregnant after the first cycle of using the monitor. Of course conceiving depends on so many factors beyond the monitor, but just for context if it helps you: I'm in my late 20's, no health issues and was ttc for three months off the pill (I hadn't established yet the regularity of my periods). This monitor helped me to know exactly when our best 'peak' chances were and showed me that I was ovulating later than I thought. I never usually write reviews but I read through loads for this product after it being recommended to me and hope this can help you. Best wishes to all ttc x

Best product ever
Best product I have ever bought. Also worked for me on the first month. Other products I used told me my ovulation was 5 days later, so I was completely out each month.Delighted 😀❤️

Helps get you accurate ovulation
This is a great tester for narrowing down your window of ovulation. It’s very easy to use! Much more accurate than apps like Flo.The slight drawbacks are:1) doesn’t allow for multiple tests in one day2) won’t allow a pregnancy test if “too early” (which can be within the window early tests allow)3) it is expensive to refillAll of the above considered, I would recommend to anyone TTC it’s part of your gadget/tracker arsenal.
