I ordered five coneflowers in JULY in Virginia. One of them arrived dead. The company processed a partial refund for the order (the cost of one plant) within hours. All others look healthy and strong and ready to plant after a few days of recovery. Online plant ordering can be a nightmare—but they were great! While the plants are smallish, I was not willing to pay for larger plants at Lowe’s. This seems like a super responsible small business.

I don’t often leave reviews but this greenhouse definitely deserves one. The plants come securely packaged and very green. It’s obvious care was taken to not damage the plant. They grow very quickly and are quite full. I loved my first round and returned to buy more. 5 stars!

I've ordered 41 biokovo cranesbill in two separate orders and they all arrived in perfect condition. The ones in mid April were healthy but a little smaller, as is normal for that early in the season. The ones in mid May were healthy and fuller, as is normal for later in the season. All were healthy. They looked so much healthier than what my local nursery sold me last year. The new ones I bought last month are already as big and full as the ones I bought locally last year!Packaged meticulously and have thrived and grown quickly since I planted them! Will definitely back for more.

Great plants, and even better customer service. Steve Jones was a big help with plant concerns. I will definitely purchase from this company again and recommend to friends as well.

One plant looks fine but the other is just about dead. The steams are brown looking while other one is green

Plants were alive but very very small. I found a nicer and much bigger plant in a one gallon pot on a nursery website that cost the same as the two tiny plants I received.

Amazing. I have ordered plants on an Esty site. Was a terrible experience. Seller tried to make it right but each time plands came destroyed. Plants from this seller came in perfect condition and still growing healthy.
