Best brand for probiotics

I can definitely feel the difference after using those tablets. I`m taking 2 tablets on empty stomach,before my breakfast and one in the evening. They improve digestion and protect my stomach against irritating foods. However if you are suffering from IBS or you`ve got Candida infection you need something stronger. But to improve working of your immune system they`re perfect.

This works well for me.
This is the only multi that I will used. I’ve been a Higher Nature customer since the early 1990’s as am very happy with this product. I use this product after the rare use of anti-biotics; yes, I am aware of recent research that says that this may disrupt gut colonies but I’ve done this for decades and always feel much better after a few capsules.
