Yes, they do, and they come with labels for the jars as well.

can you store them in the freezer?

i have never done this as normally what I store in them does not need to be frozen. My concern would be that the glass may shatter if frozen too long and you would need to be very careful when defrosting!

Some of my lids have gone rusty (kept in shed) Can I buy new screw top lids

yes, you can just search for kilner lids, but you need to get the flat lids and screw tops separately. bit of a faff but it means everything is good and new.

Do these stack? Can you stack them in our cupboards well?

I am presuming that you are preserving / canning. They do stack. However, as they are round and you will have glass on metal they are slippery, so not secure. You could put a cloth covering on top of the lid to provide some friction but I would be a bit cautious. I have mine on a shelf. The height of two jars on top of each other is 26cm ( just over 10inches) You can get kilner square screw top jars of the same size which would stack better and more neatly but they are more expensive. You can get square jam jars if you are making jam/chutney cheaper but they tend to be smaller sizes (200ml). I hope this helps ☺️
