Great pool cover, easy to use and really does warm the pool up!
What can I say about this? This is the second one I have owned of these, as it is just a piece of bubble wrap double covered in plastic. But the science is ace, as the sun warms the air in the bubbles and then that transfers to the water thus insulating it. So the first 30cm of water is actually luke warm, lower it is ice cold as standard. So don't be fooled!It is easy to fit, snugly sits on top of the water, and when not in use, put over the washing line. It keeps most bugs n leaves out of the pool, but be careful when removing from your pool not to let all the debris just drop off the cover into the pool, gently gently.One of these should last you a couple of years (if not more) depending on where you store it. I have had other covers, but there is no need, just get one of these, the tie up covers are not much use IMHO, as they just rip where the draw cords are.I would recommend this product for anyone with a pool, as this will keep your pool clear of debris and as long as you have a chlorine floater, the water will stay mould clear. My only gripe is the price, as you are paying for a big sheet of bubble wrap, but who am I to argue, as it does its job.

Sure, it's a bit overpriced for what is little more than heavy duty bubble wrap, cut to size. However, it definately traps the heat and raises the temperature of the pool when the sun gets on it. Also does a good job of keeping bugs and other detritus out, so I would absolutely recommend it. It loses one star on price.One last thing. Many have complained there are holes in it. Yes, there are, but they are supposed to be there! They vent the top of the pool and prevent rainwater from sinking the cover.

Very expensive bubble wrap
I mistakenly ordered this thinking it would be suitable for use as a debris cover which would also have the added benefit of insulating the pool against some heat loss. It was more expensive than the plain old debris cover, which led me to this assumption. This cover is NOT suitable to protect your pool from bugs, bird poo etc when not in use - this is simply a large circle of very expensive bubble wrap which lays on the surface of the water. There is no means of securing the cover. I think it's designed to be used in conjunction with the debris cover (which makes for a very expensive cover with the two added together). Perhaps I should have realised this - my bad. Anyway, it's gone straight back for a refund, and I've lost the cost of return postage.If you need a cover to keep your pool clean, I would advise you to go for the basic debris cover. If you are after a solar cover for your pool, save yourself some money and just get some big pieces of bubble wrap!After some communication with the rather facetious seller, I'm afraid I can't recommend the seller either.

BEWARE of size
Great cover. However I bought the '8ft cover' for my 8ft frame paddling pool and this is not what was delivered. It was actually only 6'9 in diameter (which might well fit an easy set pool but not a frame pool). I did not manage to get the seller to give me a full refund. They have been difficult and I have agreed to a 50% refund (and keep the cover, which I don't want) as I can't be bothered with the hassle. I bought a bigger one and trimmed it down to fit my pool. When the cover is the correct size it is a great product.

A Good Quality Pool Cover.
Bought to replace my existing Intex pool cover, it was delivered quickly and I opened it and put it on the pool without reading the packaging. I had ordered a cover to fit an 8ft diameter frame pool, to my surprise the cover was much smaller 6ft 10inches. This was a cover for an inflatable 8ft pool which is the base measurement, the top diameter is much smaller at 6ft 10in, rather than send it back I settled for a partial refund.

Does the job!!
So this is my 2nd cover, first lasted 3 yrs before it ripped to shreds. This is perfect, does what it says (in fact this is a better fit than the last one! I have an intex 8ft easy up pool). My only gripe is the price. This time had to spend over £10 more than the last one, but given it does help keeping off debris and does help with temp (top 3/4”) I paid the premium . Same applies to chlorine tabs, they’ve shot up in price! I know why, lockdown, schools out, hot weather .... online retailers can, and are, charging what they like! So unfair and so wrong!

Bubble wrap your own
We were buzzing for this and I feel so let down.It hardly keeps the heat in and what heat it does keep is solely on the top of the pool directly under the solar cover (I.e. bubble wrap)If you can get yourself some bubble wrap, paint one side and you’ll have your own solar cover.We definitely feel ripped off with this one, don’t be fooled
