Quality : worstFunction: not working properly.I had bought this for my father, a whistle sound was produced when we switched on the machine, audible voice sound is very low.I had returned it . Refund was a big process, though I got my money back the time period during that time is worst.So I recommend don't buy this.

Game Changer for My Grandfather - Easy to Use & Great Sound!
My 85-year-old grandfather struggled with traditional hearing aids until we found this Britzgo model. The anti-slip design stays securely in his ear, and the noise reduction mode helps him hear conversations clearly at family gatherings. Charging is simple with the included case. Only wish it came with more ear tip sizes, but overall an excellent value!
