Citrus press
I don't really understand the negative reviews and was a little concerned about ordering when I read them. However, I have arthritis in my hands and can no longer use a manual reamer. I cut a couple of oranges and put them on the press. With very little pressure, I was able to get well over 100ml of juice from them very quickly and easily. An absolute dream when compared with using a manual reamer and not a drop of juice left in the shells. No, the height isn't the best, but it's what I expected and certainly no more difficult than adding something to the jug blender when using it. Yes, it is large, but then a lot of manual jug blenders are this size. How would it cope with other citrus fruit? I'm not sure. The cone is quite large, so I'm not sure how well it would cope with limes and perhaps even lemons. I've never juiced grapefruit and again am unsure how it would cope. I intend to experiment with all though and will edit my review accordingly.Edited 24 MarchI've juiced lemons, limes and grapefruit (in addition to oranges) well on the citrus press. I hadn't been totally convinced it would work with limes, but it does a good job. I move the grapefruit half around a little, to make sure I get all the juice out of it.

I love my Kenwood Chef, it is just the most amazing piece of kitchen equipment, and is as good today as it was 10 years ago when I bought it.This Citrus press is just as well made.I could not be more impressed. It fits on the upper drive and creates an excellent citrus juice. It is easy to put together and to break down to pop in the dishwasher, or rinse under the tap.The juice is wonderful, flavoursome and of course natural. The peel is left intact with little juice left in the pulp, and so it is also economic in use.Recommended

Better than expected.
I bought this citrus press last week to add to the other rapidly growing attachments for my Kenwood Chef, a little sceptical after some of the comments but it has hardly been off my Kenwood Mixer and to date I am really, really pleased with it. To address a couple of the more negative comments; yes it does sit high but I am tall so it is no problem for me but I can see that it may be too high for some (although a small mobile step would solve this problem). I was a little concerned about the reports of the smoothness of the spinning cone but it is perfect for my 12 year old son to use without worrying about him hurting himself - it works a treat and there is no waste. You do not have to be strong to push down the fruit either; I juiced a pomegranate today with ease. For small limes, after I have halved them, I cut a centimetre line up the side of the with a knife before juicing which makes it fit the cone a little better. It is simple to put together, easy to clean and has been in the dish washer.A little messy on the hands but that is a minor con against the many pro's.Very speedy delivery from Amazon.I have just bought a pasta maker so I hope that turns out as good as this citrus press.

I`m happy
I received the citrus press fast within a few days (denmark), delivered to my door. It`s easy and fast to use and gives a fantastic juice within a couple of minute.Easy to mount and clean. The only complain I have so far is there is quite noisy, I can live with that as long I can drink a great fresh juice every day and my neighbours don`t complain. But I actually think there is my kenwood chef who are making all this noise.Reccomend it!

The cone is perfect size for my grapefruit
I bought this citrus press two month ago to add to my collection of attachments for my Kenwood Chef. This press is well made. Yes it does sit a little bit higher so I am using a small stool. The cone is perfect size for my grapefruit. I move the grapefruit half around a little, to make sure I get all the juice out of it.Great product so easy to use and clean, a very sturdy product. I would highly recommend it.

Works just fine
Juicer just arrived and tested. Very easy to assemble and disassemble, seems robust (will revise this if it proves not to be). Bigger than I thought, which means rethinking how to store it. Works fine, requires only slight downward pressure to get each half of an orange started, then no effort. And that's on low speed! Efficient pulp removal, easy pour. Very easy to wash clean (a rinse under the tap would probably do).

Kenwood citrus press attachment
A good product if squeezing a lot of citrus fruit. Bigger than I expected it to be, so not ideal for squeezing one lemon and takes up a lot more room for storage than a traditional lemon squeezer.
