Doesn't power the laptop
Battery shows as full on power while AC is plugged in. As soon as the plug is removed, the machine immediately powers off and won't turn back on. I removed and replaced the battery twice with no improvement. I don't know what the issue is here. I put the old worn battery back into the laptop and it works just fine. Clearly there's an issue with the new battery.

Saved me from having to buy another computer
I got a quote from Asus for 400 to replace this thing and that it would take 2 weeks to do it as well. I said screw that and looked up how to break it down and it saved me quite a bit of money. Great buy!

Good Replacement (with a warning that’s not bad)
Got this for my Zephyrus G15 as the original battery is no good anymore. This new battery works great and is holding its charge. Just so you all know, the cable that connects to the laptop motherboard is longer than the original. All you have to do is carefully curve the cable so that the connectors match up. Thanks for the extra screw drive btw! All in all I recommend

This battery ultimately came defective with only a 14.4v rather than the 15.4v as advertised

New battery does not hold charge for long
Battery drains extremely quickly just like the battery it replaced.*update* they sent me a new battery and it is fine. Thanks!

Battery worked ... for a while
Bought battery in September 2024. The install was easy and the battery life afterwards was a welcomed improvement on the factory battery which would only charge to 60% capacity. After3 months the battery will no longer charge. Even when plugged in with the supplied laptop charger now shows 0% and not charging. Buyer beware.

Puffed battery - unsafe
Laptop battery arrived a while ago, I didn't have time to do the replacement I ordered it for. When I did have time, I opened the box and discovered all of the protective padding inside the box was on one side, not surrounding the battery the way it should have. Sure enough, the battery came out badly puffed on the verge of bursting. It's a safety hazard.

After 4 months, dead battery
I have been charging it for an hour now and it will not hold a charge at all. I've only had the battery for 4 months.
