This vial contains vitamin K2 mk7 in MCT oil as a carrier. Two drops equal 45 mcg. This form of delivery has several key benefits, 1) it is highly cost effective, 2) it is easy to titrate, 3) it does not contain any soy or other oil which rapidly oxidizes, and 3) it is not encased in a plastomer plant based gelcap (which are largely undigestible).It is ideal to take K2 mk7 when orally supplementing D3. However, they should not be taken simultaneously. This form facilitates that being done easily in whatever beverage I choose.If you keep the vial at room temperature, then the dropper will flow. It does require a few seconds of attention, and once the first drop falls, the second one comes more quickly. So, you need to be attentive or you will end up with three drops. Three drops of K2 isn't going to harm you, but you want to meter out your targeted dosage every day that you supplement with D3.I know of no competing product has all of the benefits of this one. It is the ideal compliment to Carlson's liquid D3 vials which come in a range of concentrations.

Have tried for years to find a K2 supplement I could take. For what ever reason, my stomach would not allow this. The supplements would double me over in pain. I gave up.I stumbled upon this form and am absolutely thrilled. I can put a drop under my tongue, bypassing my grouchy digestive system and be able to reap the benefits of this important vitamin.Will order again.

It is a good product I just have a hard time waiting for the drop to come out of the bottle.

I'd never taken MK-7, so I wasn't sure what to expect with this supplement. I knew the theory about it helping with calcium and bone strength and also had read some about its effects on mitochondria. I started by titrating the dose by diluting one dose with olive oil and slowly building up. I'm at about 60 mcg per day now.This stuff had immediate and powerful effects:THE GOODIncrease in energy. I was NOT expecting this, and it was not why I started taking it. However, the increaes in my energy levels has been noticeable.Decreased tooth pain.Healithier looking skin.Healthier looking gums.THE NOT SO GOODAt first, the supplement made me terribly exhausted. My experience is that when this happens, it's a good sign. It means-- to me--- that it is something my body needs and my body is just readjusting. The last time I felt like this was when I started taking magnesium citrate.My brain seems a little slower.It's only been two weeks, so I'm paying close attention as the weeks go on. Perhaps there will be more improvements.THE VERY BADAll that being said, there is one thing that is just terrible about this product: The bottle! In order to get a drop out, you have to hold the bottle upside down. However, it can take anywhere from 30-60 seconds for ONE DROP to come out of the bottle! This is ridiculous. Sometimes a drop never comes. I can wait--- since I'm an adult--- but I imagine trying to drop this into a child's mouth would be near impossible. I had to take a full two stars off of this because the bottle is almost a deal breaker.I'm looking for another supplement of this type that has an easier dispensing system.Then again, the actual stuff inside the bottle really does something, so I might be back to Carlson if I can't find a substitute.FIX THE BOTTLE, CARLSON!
