I've been taking these for about a year or so. After 11 years with IBS, this (and diet) is the only thing that lets me eat some risky foods. Without these, I'd be on the most bland diet. I carry them with me everywhere and take 1-2 depending on food risk. They're not fool proof so you have to know your food triggers/sensitivities but I can't imagine life without them at this point!

This product has helped me with acid reflux, digestion and uncontrolled gas. Problems gone. I have referred it to a neighbor that suffers from constant stomach upset. He reported that the upset was gone the first day. Also referred to another friend with the same problem. Will post later when I hear back from her. This product is top of the line. Don’t let the price stop you from using this product.

I have Celiac disease and every once in a while my gut knots up after I eat something- regardless of it being gluten free. I've been out of the digestive enzymes my Naturopath sells for over a month and decided to see if something less expensive would work. Last night, I woke up in the middle of the night in pain and feeling like my stomach was in a knot. My intestines were cramping and I knew I was in for a rough night. I usually wait until the overwhelming urge to vomit comes but this time I remembered these pills were on my counter. I went down and took 3. Within 30 minutes, my pain was gone. I couldn't believe it. I am used to this sort of thing lasting all night if I don't have digestive enzymes on hand. I am going to take this on vacation with me where I will be trusting gluten free chef's and undoubtedly have an episode of cross contamination.

The enzymes start to work in my body after a week.

Enzymedica, Digest Gold with ATPro, Daily Digestive Support Supplement with Enzymes and ATP.Date: October 30, 2020.I have Hyperacidity and I read on amazon reviews that it has helped eliminate Hyperacidity. So I tried it. Well, My Hyperacidity is almost gone except that when I consume wrong foods it returns but in much more milder form. Btw, I have Hypothyroidism and it is my own contention that people who have Underactive Thyroid have Slower digestion and thereby more acid. I have tried many, many different digestive enzymes but none of them are as good as this one. I wish it was not so expensive.

Have used these for a while to assist with digestion. They have worked so well that I have not even researched/tried other brands. "If it ain't broke..."

Definitely on the higher price end, but it does help with bloating. I noticed a reduction in discomfort and improved digestion after meals, though it wasn’t a miraculous fix. I’ve tried other, cheaper enzyme supplements before, and honestly, they seemed to work just as effectively as this one. While Digest Gold does its job, I'm not convinced it's worth the premium price tag when similar results can be achieved with more affordable options.
