Q: do i need to apply a release agent when i am using it with clay?

No, latex will pour into a plaster of Paris mould and can be removed no problem, it will also work in a silicone mould, latex will only stick to plaster if the mould has completely dried over several years, so no worries there if your ones are fresh.

Q: can i put this on my face/skin

Yes, but not on hair it sticks to hair and fabric like a boss.

Q: Is this product good for halloween make-up (to make fake skin on your face)?

Yes, just avoid contact with any hairs on the face.

Q: Would this repair a latex football bladder if injected inside and rolled around a lot?

I doubt it. The latex dipping rubber needs to cure in air.
