Will buy again
Trying to incorporate these for the kids in our pool, they worked pretty darn good! I think the salt water locked the up over time, but we moved recently, and I will likely try them again on our current pool.

Super well made
I love this nozzle. It's super heavy and well made. Now I have a bad habit of buying things for other reasons than they were made....and I got this more to water with than use in a fountain situation as I'm still trying to get that pond built. What I wanted was something I cant seem to find in a regular hose sprayer nozzle.....that is alot of volume...with a wide spray that's still gentle enough to get the watering done faster and easier...and this delivers like crazy and perfect for it. Now there is a little glitch since it's not really made for a hose it has a female enough and so does the hose. So you have to run to the hardware store for a little adapter to put the together but no big deal. Since it's one piece with no cut off I'll never have to worry about it leaking even though you cant turn it on and off at the nozzle it's worth it. This is going to make my gardening season so much easier.

Nozzle Spray
does not spray via the description, and it is discolored within a week of use.

uneven spray, leaks
nice and hefty little spray head, but it leaks. I teflon'd it to a PVC coupling. the coupling end is fine and doesn't leak but the swivel head on this thing leaks at the ball. The spray is strong but is not smooth and flat. It is jagged and of uneven thickness, probably due to slight irregularities in the exit slot of the spray head. It serves my purpose more or less so the hassle of taking it off, returning it, and trying on another with possibly similar issues is not worth it to me, so keeping it.

Bonus Yard Help
You could not get a better, stronger, more well-made hose attachment than this fan spray nozzle. Solid brass, it gleams and shines. This nozzle would make an epic weapon in the yard if there were an emergency, it is hefty. The spray area is quite wide and I did not have much leakage once it was tightened and applied correctly. Overall, it is a quality piece. For my negative thoughts, I had to work harder - pack it up, go to the hardware store, ask a bunch of questions before finding the salesman, or in this case a contractor, that knows anything about how to make this work correctly. Then I spent more money on adapters after having already trying over an hour at home before I left for the hardware store I had to redo all my efforts again when I returned home. I knew I needed a fan sprayer nozzle and I do not like plastic ones. I ordered and it came to my front door. That is what I wanted or I would have gone to the store in the first place. In my defense, it is NOT designed originally for a hose, it is marketed as a 'Brass Narrow Fan Shaped Water Spray Sprinkler for Garden Pond Amusement Park Museum' and I read that and I did the research prior to ordering. I see now that others have had similar issues when using it as a garden sprayer but my pond sprayer would also be attached to a similar hose and the problem would still have existed. The results outweighed the turmoil and extra expense, it works well and it will last much longer than previous plastic attempts. I think knowing that it does not come exactly perfect for my standard hoses and more effort will be required would have changed my mood but the nozzle is the best option for my needs. That is the good the bad and my ugly mood side of the story. Yes, overall, but weigh the consequences if you have the option to do so.
