I realise that making instant mash isn't an exact science, but to have at least a vague guideline of how much potato to water is needed would have been nice.As it is, the potato is simple enough to get the required consistency and taste as expected - comparable to most other brands of instant mash out there.

Excellent!
This is an excellent product, I am disabled, so I struggle with making the food that I like sometimes, so of course I look for ways around that, and this is one of those things!I find it so easy to make up, it tastes great, and I don't have to worry about any nasty extras that is usually added in these products!

Just potato!
My hubby loves instant mash but has a dairy allergy, and it appears that it's now impossible to buy mash that doesn't contain dairy in any supermarket! This is expensive, but satisfies his instant mash craving without making him ill. As it's just potato, it does need salt, pepper, and some sort of milk and butter substitute added.
