This is my second order of this shelf the first one was full black almost 4 months back the quality and durability is good

The item does not match the description or images shown on your website.1. **False Advertising:** The product was advertised as "no drill required," but you only provided one-sided tape, which is insufficient for proper installation. Additionally, screws were mentioned, but they were not included.2. **Incorrect Product:** The actual item does not align with what was displayed, making it unusable for my needs.I demand either:- A **full refund** for the product, or- A **replacement** that matches the advertised description (including all necessary installation materials).Please resolve this issue immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within [reasonable timeframe, e.g., 3-5 business days], I will escalate this matter further.

Very Weak Design and Costly too. I dont recommend to go for this at this price
