Whit put her through so much however I’m just a sucker for a good bully romance and Lancasters!! Whit was such an alpha-hole however I just couldn’t get enough, the mouth he has on him oh my 🥵. The chemistry between Summer and Whit and the spice is was just deliciousness 👌🏼.Overall this was fantastic read, I enjoyed everything about it — I couldn’t put it down! This was full of angst, spice, tension and bas a fantastic dirty talking hero. Things I wanted to say… - Monica MurphySo this book for me was a long book. There was lots of detail to the characters, the surroundings and to the spice.What I liked about this book was that it was slow burning in the terms of love, but fast acting in terms of spice. Some of the spice was deep and explicit which completely caught me off guard, but similarly that’s what happens in teen romance.Murphy’s ways of portraying Whit and Summers point of views is really good. Summers POV feels more warm and happy and actually comes across as girly. At some points in her POV it’s believed that she sees everything through rose tinted glasses whereas Whit’s POV is more controlled, short, closed and dark. It brings him out to be this boisterous character who takes no sh*t from anyway; you could almost say he comes off as narcissistic.CONTAINS SPOILERS ⚠️⚠️I did like the book, and it was really fun to read, however I feel like the epilogue just jumped the gun a bit and they were getting married with 1 child and 1 on the way. It does leave space for sequels and other books in the series but I feel that it could be explained better in another book at a slower pace?Overall I enjoyed it but it didn’t give me the 5 star wow factor as some of her other books have given me.3 stars.

This book is just wow!! I really wasn’t expecting that!! I knew it’ll be good but damnnn it had me hooked and I couldn’t wait to read it every day!! Every chapter had me drawn in I was addicted!! Perfect amount of steamy content and drama and I love the way the book was finished off too!! Just perfection and can’t wait to go and read the other ones now I’m hooked!!!
