Great Quality & Everything I Needed
I ordered this shortly after I received my Surface Pro 9. I'm a photographer and this is perfect for all of my gadgets and things I need to connect with my computer. No issues.

8 - 1 good USB, etc. plugs
It fits fine and has all of the plugs required. The only bad part is, you can't use teams to talk, it needs to be removed to talk.

Good multi-plug but doesn't work with a case
Plug works as it should, but it doesn't work with the Surface Pro in a case. I have to remove the protective case to use any of the plugs on this adapter, which pretty much voids the purpose of the adapter.

Not Working As Well Anymore
This was working fine for the first few weeks, but now the HDMI connection to my second monitor keeps cutting out. No reason for it to be doing that. I have serious doubts about the longevity of this. I'm using it on my Surface Pro 9. The USB slots are working fine & otherwise no complaints.

A Office Program That's Reasonable In Cost
Installation was easy with the included Memory Stick, If you're installing to a MacBook as was I you'll also need a hub to connect it as its a USB A device. Installation went smoothly and after. 5 minutes I was ready to use all the programs that are in Apache Open Office 4. I used to use MS office at work so its similar but there are differences.

3.5mm jack audio sounds like garbage.
i got this mainly cause i wanted a way to connect for audio but it sounded like they forgot to sheild the audio line cause there was so much noise it made it hard to heard. beside that everything else worked. gotta love how every company follows apple stupidity. i wouldnt need a hub if i could plug in directly.

Great docking station
This docking station works perfectly with my Surface Pro 9. The laptop has no problem recognizing things that I plug into it and everything has worked without any errors or inconsistency. It provides a lot of flexibility with an ethernet port, hdmi port and usb ports. I haven't used the card readers but it's nice these are included as well in case you use these cards for a camera while traveling. The docking station is fairly compact and easy to take with you fitting easily into a backpack or laptop bag with the Surface Pro.
