I like everything about this product except that it could use a longer cord so you don’t have to unplug and plug it from one wall receptacle to another too much.

Love this little steamer for the floors! It’s so easy to use and glides along the floors with no problems. I feel my floors are sanitized along with being clean!!!

I caught this on sale and decided to buy it. I already own a Bissell steam mop, and it's great, but decided to take a chance on this one. Life happened and I never got around to opening it until tonight--only to find a used mop.Okay, so it's a mop. Who cares if it's used, right? Well, I did pay for a new mop, not one someone used, but I could probably overlook it were it not for a few unforgivable problems, the first of which is the fact that the pads included are not the standard pads that you see in the picture. They're oversized and don't fit the mop unless you use the carpet glider (I want this for my bathroom floors). Second, the "hard water filter" is crumbled pink garbage now. I'll probably give this thing to charity.A final note: Amazon is getting really bad about sending "new" items that turn out to be used once you get them. This isn't the first time it's happened, either. I received a USB key with data on it not long ago (thanks for the movie, whoever you were!), have received mouthwash with a broken safety seal, supplements with broken safety seals, and various other items that had been opened, tampered with, or used.If you order this, or anything else from Amazon, I suggest you immediately open it and make sure it's in the condition for which you paid. Otherwise, you might regret it.I will probably donate this mop, for the simple fact, I'd rather go to the store and buy a Bissell

I firstly want to say that I bought this one because it was Hoover and also because I have a Hoover FloorMate steam scrub Pro but I broke the handle so I needed a new steamer when I took it out of the box I can tell you there is a big difference mine that I had with a broken handle was heavy also the fact of it was you had to hold the trigger in order to constantly steam so I do like this because I don't have to hold the trigger constantly but the second thing I noticed about it was the fact that the cord was a heck of a lot shorter than my old one the old one I could actually really do a room without having to unplug to go to another room that didn't impress me the fact that the tank is really built into it so that is the way you fill it my old one you take the tank out fill it and put it back in my other also had a separate chamber that you could put solution in but hey you can always take this one pour Solution on your floor and do it that way so I said okay my old steam cleaner when I would steam the floor it took within a matter of minutes it was dry behind me this one takes like 5 to 10 minutes for it even to dry it's like almost like mopping with a regular mop I don't think that the quality is there with it being an Hoover ! I'm very much surprised I would even pay the extra money to get a better product if the product was what I thought it would be this I thought because it was Hoover it would be good but like I said pick it up it just felt cheap cord shortened take a longer to do the floors drying taking alot longer ..the only plus I can really give it is the fact that I didn't have to hold the trigger guys I do expect better out of Hoover than this really so that's why I'm going to give it two stars just cuz I feel bad if I only give it one

Love this mop

I got this because I wanted to clean hard floors but also I liked the carpet glider it came with. Unfortunately carpet glider does not work well.
