So far, this is an amazing product. My skin looks and feels very soft. It also has a weird inner glow that I didn't expect. Fingers crossed it continues. This absorbs very quickly, doesn't feel greasy sitting on my skin. I almost gave it four stars just because the directions for the packaging weren't there and I didn't realize that I wasn't supposed to actually remove the top but just turn it but I'm going to chalk that up to a first time purchase. I jammed it back together and it doesn't look pretty, but it works just fine. Great product!

The product is great rich and great for my sensitive skin. However, I received this product on May 24 but didn’t start using it right away. I have since used it 4 days now and only today and yesterday I used it twice and somehow the product is finished. The box was open and distressed. I thought it was due to shipping though nothing else that was shipped was in the same condition. It is clear to me that this product was used prior to it being sold to me. This seller is dishonest. I give the item a 5 star so as to not misrepresent the effectiveness of the moisturizer but the seller should be disciplined.

Not harmful at all ! Easy way to add retinol to your face routine

First time ordering this product. A little disappointed as the box was damaged which wasn't a big deal but somehow the jar lock was unlocked and some product was lost in the process all over the container in shipping. I could return it and order a replacement but I am leaving today and don't have the time to do that plus I want to use it on my travels so it's a bit of a bummer since it is so expensive. Honestly, I don't like that it appears you can not remove the twist top easily to ensure you get every drop. It can be wasteful in more ways than one. Something so expensive should be accessible to the last drop

I had gotten the recommendation from a dermatologist page on YouTube. I first use a vitamin C serum, and then use this followed with a moisturizer, and I definitely can tell a difference helps with fine lines. Very happy with it.I love the pump they have on this container

There is no scent, it goes on creamy and smooth, with only a small amount needed to see results within two weeks for me. Will buy again.

The first time I used Eau Thermale Avene RetrinAL Ceramide Lipid-Replenishing Balm at night, I woke up with painful red spots on my face and neck. I was also using RetrinAL .1 Intensive Cream, RetrinAL Eyes, and RetrinAL Advanced Correcting Serum in the same week, but not on the same nights that I was using Avene RetrinAL Ceramide Lipid-Replenishing Balm. I was told that it should only be used on nights when you don't use RetrinAL 0.1 Intensive Cream. Since I couldn't be sure which product caused the redness, I stopped using everything and let my face fully heal.Then I reintroduced each product one by one to determine the culprit. The second time I used Avene RetrinAL Ceramide Lipid-Replenishing Balm, I used it without anything else and woke up with even more severe burns on my face and neck. I've stopped using everything and I'm waiting for my skin to heal again.I was told that Bakuchiol and Niacinamide is good for sensitive skin, but this product is definitely not!I was worried the RetrinAL .1 and Eye cream were going to cause my sensitive skin problems, but so far, those have been good.
