I was looking to find a sports tape that would hold up to various times of sweating, showers, swimming and a few other activities. I wanted a sports tape that would not start rolling same day or the next day. After a couple of days I landed on Ckeep kinesiology tape. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance on CKeep. You can either shower or clean the area with alcohol wipes. Once air dried you can apply ckeep to the location you need it to help. I keep it on for 4 days on and 3 days off so my skin can breathe and heal if needed. I do my physical therapy, shower, pull weeds and try walking a short distance. CKeep has not moved yet. It holds up through everything. It doesn’t roll at all for me. The attached pictures show CKeep holding strong. I applied it on Thursday and I will be taking it off on Sunday. Be very careful because it is on very well and you do not want to rip your skin off when removing the tape. You can add oil or Alcohol onto the strips to assist with the removal of the tape. I like this brand but thr ONLY thing I’m con I see is you should get more kinesiology tape on each roll. The price is not bad and and you are getting quality vs quantity.

Tape is good quality and sticks to the skin throughout the usage period. Tape retains its elasticity. i can see how some people have a hard time taking off the tape. its adhesive is somewhat strong, but it needs to be that way to stay on your skin. when you remove the tape, do it carefully and slowly and use baby oil if you need to. I say this tape is a good value. I would buy again.

This product is very high quality. It sticks well and stays in place. It is very durable, and isn’t affected by moisture. It dries quickly, if it does get wet. I use it for my knees, to help keep my knee stable. It works great. Carefully apply it, and don’t overstretch the tape , is my best advice for using this strong product. It can be difficult to remove. Best practice is to use, just what you need.

I purchased this uncut kinesiology tape specifically for postpartum muscle support, and it’s been such a helpful tool in my recovery. After giving birth, I needed extra core and back support as my body adjusted — and this tape made a noticeable difference in how supported and stable I felt, especially during daily movement and light workouts.What I love about the uncut roll is the freedom to cut exactly the length and shape I need. I’ve used it for abdominal support, lower back pain, and even around my hips when things felt a little out of alignment. It stays on well throughout the day, even with some sweating, and doesn’t irritate my skin when I peel it off.The material is very stretchy so a little goes a long way!

Great quality and it works. The width is great for larger muscles. The general support can help retrain muscles and help relieve strain. It's easy to put on, just don't over stretch it because it will come off if too much strain is put on the tape. Other than that, it stays on well for 2-3 days. I did have to be careful pulling clothes off and on, as that caused the ends to roll up, but the major part of the tape stayed in place. I can react to some adhesives, but I had no issues with this tape.

Did the job and was supportive. Had it on for 3 days, however, removing it damaged my skin and will be returning. Too sticky to where its hard to get off even with a hot shower. The product is rather thin and you can see the weaving of the material, so it strands off after some use. Durability is good for what it is, its rather hard to break though the cut parts of the tape for application tether.

It works great. The tape sticks well, but easy to remove. Ocassionally, it lifts on the edges if not properly stuck on. It has never caused any irritation like others have that I've used. A drawback is that it does not have measurement markings on the backing.
