Foundations of Sport and Exercise Psychology Paperback – March 3, 2023

Very helpful for coaches and working on the mental side of sports.

Loved to be able to get this book as loose leaf and it is a huge book. Content looks exceptional. BUT there is a problem - either the machine that punched holes in it is off or there is some new kind of a binder that will work for it that I can't find because the holes do not line up with a standard 3-ring binder. I already opened it so can't return but very frustrating to not have instructions and/or know if this is an error on manufacturing or if there are special binders to be bought. Will ruin it if I have to punch more holes so it can be placed in a normal 3-ring binder.

Updated review: I'm still annoyed that it doesn't fit into a standard binder. However, it is chock full of helpful information. I feel more confident about the CMPC exam because of the text book.Previous review: The text comes pre-punched but it doesn't fit into a standard three-ring binder.

This product had a 5-hole placement rather than the standard 3-hole. Therefore, we are unable to find a binder for this book. As a result, there is the potential to lose pages if the book is knocked off the desk or table. Before purchasing a loose leaf version, inquire with the seller regarding how many holes the book has.
