Doesn’t taste anything like gin
Review said it was an excellent substitute for gin in a non-alcoholic martini. I strongly disagree. Doesn’t taste anything like gin and any drink it is used in is an unpalatable substitute. Also, review suggested using it from the freezer, and not adding ice because diluting it was bad. However, not being alcohol it actually froze in the freezer, pushing the cork out and making a mess. I think it is pretty useless and a waste of money.

My Favorite NA Gin, Juniper Forward
I've been sober for 6 1/2 years, but have had my share of good gin: Tanqueray (original, Ten and Rangpur), Bombay Sapphire, Hendricks, Beefeater, etc. I know there are differences, but Juniper is generally the dominant taste. Having tried the NA brands ISH, Monday, Free Spirits and Ritual, this comes the closest IMO, at least in terms of being Juniper forward. Monday is in 2nd place, with citrus making more of a statement but not overwhelming the Juniper. The one thing I prefer about Monday is the more subtle capsaicin burn; ISH has a bit more of that than I like, but I can overlook it. The other two are FAR too weak, with hardly any Juniper notes, way too much lemon juice, and even more capsaicin than ISH. Gin shouldn't taste sour---a tiny bit of citrus (especially lime) is nice, but in the background. I really don't understand sone saying "this tastes nothing like the real thing". It's pretty damn close for NA. ISH's canned G & T is also quite good. I do wish the price on all these was less.

It has that wonderful "burn"
Surprisingly good. Great in gin and tonics and so far the only "fake" booze I've found that has something akin to a burn. Very nice. I'm giving it only three stars only because it's awfully pricey.

Good when mixed
We bought this to make a mocktail for my pregnant niece. We tried it straight and were not too impressed, but once we added the traditional mix of lime juice and a little orange, she thought it tasted just like a real Margarita.

Horrible!
Not only does it not taste anything like tequila or mescal, it is absolutely horrid. I could not drink more than a few sips. YYMV of course, but I have no idea how this could be "Award-Winning".

Good Rum subsititute
I am a non-drinker. In fact, I haven’t had a drop of alcohol in over 30 years. I am completely enjoying my journey into the world of zero alcohol spirits. I am very pleasantly surprised by this rum. For me, it’s subtly mimics the alcohol flavor of rum without being overpowering. I realize everybody’s taste pallets are very different but if you’re looking for something that gives you just a little bit, a hint of an alcohol taste this is for you I the tropical field of it and it mixes very well and anything I have put it in so far, I will be buying this many more times. Know however, that my pallet isn't one that is familiar with the taste and mouth feel of traditional alcohol spirits. But I think this still tastes great.

Would not recommend
Not even close to gin. I purchased this to drink during "dry" January. Does not mix well and the taste is basically black pepper. Would not recommend.
