Haven't tried yet but seems to be top of the line only fault I can find so far is all the add one are sold separately price almost as much as the mirror it self for the price of this 500 dollors mirror should get all the add ones with it I'll up date this review as soon as I can try it out tony

This unit makes a lot of claims and fails to deliver across the board. All-in-all, this system has so many limitations and idiosyncrasies that the $478 price tag is just not justified. Here are the issues I ran across:1. Its pot luck to get the SD-Card to format. It uses a special file system that pre-allocates disk space - WHY? I had to format the cards to EXFAT and had to try multiple cards before one would format . The 32Gb SD-Card that came with it was not factory pre-formated.2. It does not produce standard MPEG files and requires a special windows only player. This pretty much renders viewing on a PC useless since I don't use Windows. I don't have a practical way to produce videos of incidents for police.3. Does not recognize any USB C external 1TB drive I attached to it. No error messages or data that would be helpful to trouble shoot.4. The camera is hinged the wrong way for my application and the unit does not have the ability to flip the image.5. I was able to contact support (which is good) but they were not very helpful.

This is very bad camera. The back cam Stoped working I called them the told me to reset the cam to factory setting. I did it but still the back cam not working will add videos and pictures soon

Install took about 5 hours for me. Not a professional.Video quality is great overall but when it comes to nighttime, the indoor 360 camera seems fuzzy if your car is not well lit up.Audio is great no complaints.Software could be updated and made to be more user friendly. It’s basic and can be a bit confusing if you don’t have the manual for reference.This does NOT connect to a cloud or server. This contains a micro sd card that records and stores videos. In order to view them you can either view it on the touch screen mirror assembly itself or download to a ssd, or remove its memory card and view it on a pc. Not Mac or iPad compatible, only windows.The only issue I have is with the software needed to view on something other than the mirror assembly itself.******RYDEEN IF YOU'RE LISTENING******************Please create an app for both ANDROID and APPLE to view the videos. This would come in SOOOO clutch for ride share drivers who need to upload something right away. Which I could have used for sure but hey stuff happens.

Mine stopped showing a display within a few mos. Rydeen wouldn’t warranty it, “bc I didn’t buy it directly from Rydeen”. WHAT ??? Hmmm. Not sure why they would even sell to any resellers (eBay) that would cause me to not have any warranty. I bought mine NEW, IN BOX, so had no idea it might have a mfg warranty. Seems like a convenient cop out to me.No more Rydeen for my new vehicles.

The camera is awesome! It just has to fit your car.How so? Well, if you have a small car, the fish-eye lens might not properly cover the front windshield AND capture what's going down to on the sides...to the left and right of you as you're driving along.The fish-eye lens is SUPPOSED to be FISHY, meaning it "looks sideways, too!"If I wanted to record video on either side of my vehicle, I had to readjust the fish-eye lens. A bit annoying.
