I love this! It is well built, good quality, a good value for the money. It was easy to assemble and I put it to use immediately.Over the last two weeks I have noticed a change in legs. I use this for my arms too when I can't get to the gym. It is a nice quick and easy go-to that I can use any time of the day. And most importantly, it works! The muscle between my legs is tightening, become more firm, and slightly thinner. 😀 Love my thinning thighs! I also love ( probably because how often I use it) how it's increasing my metabolism-my firm thigh muscles are adding to my energy levels.It was a good buy-Love it! I highly recommend!

Works well! You can feel the burn! Fit is comfortable. Light weight. Can tell the difference with my pelvic girdle pain.

This device really works for strengthening thigh muscles, and different targeted areas, however, I'm giving one less star because it could use some padding or cushion on the ends as other reviews have said.Suggestion when using is to place socks over the ends, small towels, or use with long shorts or pants when doing otherwise if do on bare skin it will leave temporary red marks.The device is easy to put to together and use, and portable which I'm highly happy with

I absolutely love this, it works great and is so easy to use. It works instantly for inner and outer. Now I can do leg lifts a lot easier with the spring versus manually, I couldn’t do it at all on my right leg. Look out summer here i come lol

I just buy the main productThis accessory was not very good to use. The main product also felt less tight than the one I used before.

This is a great product if you are looking for something very easy. However, it has far too little resistance to be effective for me.

WEAK legs no more LOL!!! I didnt realize how weak my muscles was until I started usoing this. The size was great for fits all. It came fully assembled. Its is very light weight. The purple is cute. The price point was great. I use mine several times a week while watching tv.

Great product easier to use than the rest and it works been using it a few months and I'm very happy. It's motivation to work more muscles and get up. Impressed.
