The Chimes were beautiful but the box it came in was torn. This was a gift for some one who lost her son. I didn’t want to return the chimes in case I couldn’t replace the message on themPlease make sure you have people check the box they come in before it is shippedThe delivery of the pkg was fine

Beautifully made
Packaged in a beautiful box. A sympathy card that you can write your message on is included. The sound of the chimes are wonderful and melodious. They are not cheap and tin sounding. It is a great memorial gift. Well worth the money.

I purchased this for a friend whose brother had passed away. I was there when she opened it and it looked very nice and she loved it. There was a small imperfection on the wind catcher part.
