Want to consistently have a product that delivers what it promises & protects these ridiculously priced mini gadgets we can't can't seem to live without? ZIZO. Bulky clip don't like? remove it still guaranteed protection from crack/damged phone or worse replacement w that insurance that sends you a refurbished replacement or dig deep for another grand/stack to buy new. Add on screen protector & case are tight fit require elbow grease to slide in case, worth it. Dropped on ground sheer panic & that face 😫 not with ZIZO protection. Use on my Iphone & Droid 1 personal 1 business. ZIZO user 5+ years just replaced Note 20 w/ S23 Ultra. Peace of mind guaranteed protection you won't be disappointed.

As many have said before, I have owned countless Zizo phone holders and have had no issues. They have even been very responsive when parts have broken, but upon receiving my new case for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, the belt clip simply does not fit the phone case. I am not sure if they are using a prior phone's dimension, but it does not allow the phone-case to snap into place. Very disappointed and if past reviews are any indication, I am not optimistic that they have a solution.UPDATE 8/14/2023: I contacted Zizo direct and asked about the fit issue. They assured me it was resolved and to be sure, I ordered one of the cases directly from them, thinking maybe the retailers such as Amazon etc still had old inventory. I received the new case today and the same exact issue. I have changed this to a 1-star rating. Every company deserves an opportunity to fix an issue, but this is now ridiculous. After many years of using there products, I am going to look elsewhere.

First, let me acknowledge that the several reviewers who said the case doesn't fit are at least partially correct. I found that the case is a very tight fit, a condition that is compounded by the fact that it is quite rigid. I have not experienced any buckling or distortion in the case, however.For me, the value supersedes the problem of the tight fit. This is a very complete package at a really good price. It is unfortunately rather rare to find a case for the S23 Ultra that contains any kind of built-in provision for a lanyard, which this one does, in addition to providing a screen protector, holster, and lanyard. This is a terrific bargain and a complete solution to all the needs one might have in a case and its accessories. It's too bad about the tight fit; a more flexible material would have made that much more tolerable; nevertheless, at this price, I think it's a tradeoff worth making. I'm definitely keeping mine.Update (4/24/23): I recommended this case to a friend and helped her install it. As with mine, it was a tight fit, but perfectly manageable and caused no warping or buckling. I advised her to avoid trying to remove the phone from the case, so we took care to install the lanyard loop and SIM card before inserting the phone into the case, as it would have been difficult to remove had we forgotten to take care of the other things first.I wish I could give the case 5 stars to help compensate for the overall 3-star rating (at this writing), but I do have to remove a star because of the difficulty of inserting and removing a phone into/from it, a problem that could have been avoided if the case were made of a slightly more flexible material.

This is one of my favorite zizo phone holders I have ever owned. This is the best and look no further. Excellent cover to protect your face plate phone. I highly recommended this.

They are great except the belt clips are way to tight, hard to get in and out. The belt clip only lasts about 1 year and have to be replaced. You can't buy the belt clip by itself you have to buy case and clip. This is my third such purchase.

Like the sturdiness. Fingerprint reader needs to be thinner. Expect years of use from this case, as I received from my previous Zizo Bolt case.

I have had 4 cases prior to this one with other phones. A "no fingerprint option was not offered"...The circle of adhesive glue, clearly on the underside of the curved glass is out of place. For those of us who don't use the finger print option this then leaves a very obvious black circle in the center of the screenWhen I attempted to remove this the glass ultimately cracked. I'm more than a little disappointed that I'll have to buy another tempered glass at my own cost. This would have been 5 stars as always, the glue circle issue was a real let down.

Great looking case, solid but...the stand broke each time (I've had two of their cases). The stand has two small metal pins that are glued on the top of the stand. Each time, one has come off. I recommend the case for its look, and the solid case, but wouldn't recommend because of the stand. I didn't buy another one after the stand broke on the second case.
