Bought one for both my husband and I. We both needed help with our posture and with correctly bending over. We have back issues and were told "No bending, stretching or reaching" without a straight back. It's a very helpful way to memory muscle your moves. I didn't give it a 5 star because the straps under the arms are very tight. It needs some kind of padding there.

I'm suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck.I'm taking all steps necessary to improve my posture.I purchased this to wear as I work around my property.It appears designed to pull the shoulders back providing a better spinal alignment.So far I'd say it's providing some support but can be a little uncomfortable where the straps come around your armpits.I've added a secondary strap that pulls the cross over straps in towards my chest.This takes some of that underarm pressure off.It's an okay device, but not stellar.
