I use it to roll rotis, and also to roll mathri and shakarpara dough. It is non stick.It also reduces the amount of wastage caused by using dry dough for rolling.My cook prefers this over the stone chaklota.

The quality is very bad, it is too thin and is tearing and getting cut while making chapatis.
