Battery was completely discharged when received.
When I received this battery, it was so discharged that the protection circuitry had disconnected the battery leads. Once I left it on a charger for about 5 minutes it was showing 2.3 volts! Leaving a Lion cell this low for an extended period of time can damage the cell.

Tested 4000 mAh - 500 mA - 6:45 runtime.
If you are looking for a reliable and affordable rechargeable lithium battery pack for your Arduino or other MCU projects, you might want to check out the XINLANTECH 3.7v 5200mah battery pack. This battery pack can provide enough power for your circuits without the hassle of wires or plugs.I have used this battery pack for one of my home projects, and I am satisfied with its performance. The battery pack is easy to connect and charge. The battery pack claims to have a capacity of 5200 mAh, but I tested it with a 500 mA load, and I got around 4000 mAh, which is still decent for the price. The battery pack lasted for about 6 hours and 45 minutes before it reached 3v, which is the recommended cut-off voltage for lithium batteries. The battery pack also delivered 14.74 Wh of energy, which is enough for most applications.Overall, I think the XINLANTECH 3.7v 5200mah rechargeable lithium battery pack is a good value for money and a useful accessory for any Arduino or MCU enthusiast. It has a good capacity, a long runtime, and a standard construction that makes it compatible with most projects. I would recommend this battery pack to anyone who needs a portable and convenient power source for their circuits.

Good battery for Arduino type projects.
I use Arduinos and similar microcontroller units (MCU) for various home projects. These are normally powered by a simple DC power supply or via a USB cable. In some instances, I want the circuit to be battery-powered or have battery backup if the main power supply fails. While there are independent battery management boards available, interfacing them with a regular MCU can be tricky. Some MCUs, particularly the ESP8266 and ESP32 models have on-board lithium-ion battery management circuits. Usually, these devices have a JST socket so that a suitable battery can be plugged directly into the board. This lithium-ion battery from XINLANTECH has a cable connector that terminates in a 2-pin JST 2.0 plug. This plugged directly into my WeMos LOIN32 MCU board – see photo. I like that the battery has full protection against overcharging, undercharging, and overcurrent – lithium-ion batteries can be very dangerous without this protection. I haven’t tested this system extensively but running a simple “Blink” sketch which just turns an LED on and off at fixed intervals, seemed to work well. The ESP32 typically consumes 240mA with Wi-Fi active, so that should last for about 22 hours when run from the battery fully charged. The ESP32 processor has a wide range of tools to conserve power. If the Wi-Fi is disabled, the current can drop to 3mA which will give about 1750 hours of battery life. This is a great battery for electronic projects that have built-in chargers.

Short lived
Charged twice to 100% and that was it. Poor quality and short life. Would not purchase again.
