I used this in a high protein, low calorie cookie recipe. It worked really well! You can substitute it for sugar in a recipe on a 1:1 ratio. Taste is sweet, tastes good in baked goods.

this is hard to find and I am so glad Amazon carries. For a diabetic it's great.

The taste is fairly close to real sugar and measures like sugar which makes it easy to use and convert to it

I am practice a Keto lifestyle and this sugar subsitute measures extactly the same as sugar, desolves quicker than sugar, and is as sweet as sugar.I've reorder this product several times and in the other 2 ways this product is made, ie: Confectioners Sugar, and Brown Sugar. Taste great on berries as well.

BIG JUMP, 39% in price! The 3 lb. bag went from $18.89 on my last order (Jan., 2025) to $26.23 (today). I've been ordering 2 bags every two months for several years, and the price overall has been inching up steadily, but this is a 39% increase in two months. I give Swerve 4 stars, but Amazon gets zero stars on this. My wife loves this stuff, but I'm going back to drinking my coffee black, no sweetener.

I ordered this because I’m baking Christmas cookies and it called for powdered sugar. I didn’t want the extra sugar, but I wanted something that would still taste good. This brand never disappoints me.I actually like this powdered sugar better than the regular one because the sweetness isn’t as strong, and you can actually taste the cookie itself.Definitely would recommend if you’re watching your sugar intake and still want something great tasting

Dissolves easily, great texture, tastes like sugar. I can’t tell the difference. Good value. I like the resealable bag.
