New ingredient on my home-made beauty treatments.
I like making my own hair and facial masks, always explore new options that I carefully research prior to using. All the plant seeds are filled with a variety of nutrients that absorb well. I generally stick to the rule of only using thing that I like to eat, and mango is one of my favorite fruits. The first step is to see for side effects: I make a small amount of pate or and put some on the skin and eat some to see if any adverse reaction occurs. That part done, I am going to look for the benefits, which is not as easy and takes time. Will update this review once I have established what it can do for me. I would also like to try it as a supplement.I checked out the XPRS Nutra, liked the selection of products, once I try the mango seed extract, I might give a try to a few other items.

Tastes Great...
As someone who loves mangoes, I could not wait to receive this. I also love to drink smoothies in the morning instead of eating breakfast for my proteins. The minute I received this I added about two tablespoons to my morning smoothie (consisting of bananas, strawberries, and pineapple) and this made it a delicious tropical-tasting drink, not to mention the great taste of mango, too! I received four ounces of this, which should last me a couple of weeks if I use it continuously, and I feel that the price is fair for the product. This is a fine ground powder, so be aware that the taste will be stronger the more you add. I would definitely purchase this again.

Don’t buy it!
Don’t buy it, I don’t recommend it.It has MALTODEXTRIN in it (which is corn/gmo). I have been using it for a while without knowing, felt terrible (extmly. bloated, constipated, etc). I just noticed they sneak-in this unhealthy ingredient.

Great in smoothies!
This mango seed powder comes with its own scooper. I use one scoop in a smoothie, and it just absorbs into the smoothie. I love natural supplements, and this is definitely one that is good for skin and hair, so I recommend it. The bag contains 4 ounces, and it should last for many servings. This mango seed extract is a very reasonable price. You would probably have to pay more at a specialty vitamin store.

Works Great for Health Smoothies
I ordered this mango seed extract powder to use in my morning health smoothies. I knew the taste would be bitter so I wasn't surprised by that. It is sufficiently masked in a smoothie but not completely. I think the health benefits out weigh the flavor impact (which isn't that bad). This extract provides a natural source of fatty acids, vitamins C, B and E and is rich in iron, calcium and magnesium and improves the health of my skin, hair and cardiovascular system. The price is surprisingly affordable given the small amount that I use for my smooth and it will last a long time. Overall, I'm happy with this mango seed extract powder and I'm glad I got it.

Mango really is King!
I have been eating mango for years and never knew the seeds were such a powerhouse. Seems they are good both internally and externally. You can even brush your teeth with mango powder. I make a lot of home face masks and this powder is another step forward to healthy hair and skin. I won't say no to support with blood sugar and blood pressure as well. Mango does it all! A+

I have no idea regarding the best way to consume this
I never tried mango seed extract before. So, I didn't really know what to expect. There are no suggestions on the package regarding how to consume it. There is a small scoop inside the package that is to be used as the suggested daily amount. That's 2 grams, so not much is needed.I tried mixing it with water. That didn't work well. Some dissolved but some also collected into gooey clumps that were never going to dissolve with just stirring.I tried just eating a teaspoon full. I'll never do that again. It's a nasty-tasting bitter mess that way.I think you either need to take this in capsule form or come up with some other way to mix it with something. Maybe with a smoothie in a blender.
