Is this pillow to soft?

I found it soft and comfortable at first but I have Parkinson's so after a while it became a little uncomfortable. It's not a defect it's just me I guess.

Where can I buy extra pillowcases? I am trying to find something on amazon but unsure in the size. Thanks.

Sorry - can’t help, a friend made me an extra cover using the one supplied as a pattern.

Does it come with a pillow case?

Yes. If you wanted to buy an extra so you could put one on while the other in wash I have not bothered as the pillowcase dries very quickly.
