Fine machine, Small and fast
Just got it. While it came with no instructions, the Asurion people were right there to guide me through the installation, although I could just as easily done that myself. It's a great little, light-weight machine I bought to replace a Dell I had that finally died after more than 10 years of heavy use and countless batteries. This machine is about the size of my Chromebook, but it does SO MUCH MORE because it's a Windows 11 machine. Love it. Still loading programs, but having a great time.

Very good deal
Delivered on time. Works great. Went through all the installs and updates. Battery life is very good. The onscreen color is only so so, but can be adjusted a bit. For the price, this computer is a great buy.

Excellent value for the money
Excellent value for the money. I am typing this review on it. No visible wear or damage at all and all ports and parts are functional. So far the battery life has been great. So happy I bought this item rather than spending double or triple on something new.

Great Notebook!
Excellent condition. All Keys work. Screen works. All ports work. WiFi works. Battery in good condition. Windows 11 software works fine. Not impressed with Windows 11. Nice little notebook for the price!

Laptop's Windows 11 usefulness will end in months
This laptop is loaded with Windows 11 Pro as advertised, but does not support TPM V2.0, and so cannot be upgraded past Windows 11 Pro build 23H2, which has already been EOL by Microsoft, with updates ending in November 2025. So basically, the usefulness of this laptop will end in November 2025 unless you want to try and repurpose it by loading a version of LINUX like Ubuntu on it to potentially get a few more years of life out of it. It's too bad. It arrived in very good condition...just doesn't support the current builds of Windows 11.

Perfect Mobile Laptop - Gr8 Support
Love the performance of this nice little laptop. Right size for my mobile needs. Use a power PC desktop for development and this is perfect for travel. However, the speaker/microphone did not work. BUT!!! within two hours of contacting support, they remoted into my device manager and removed the problem. Great Support!!! THANKS Mr Ed

Excellent smaller laptop
My wife needed a small laptop, this fit the bill. Great screen. It replaced a 10 year old laptop that had been dropped too many times... price was great too.
