I got the teak scent with the starter kit. It was easy to clip onto the sun visor, and the smell is phenomenal. I would describe the teak as a warm, slightly woody cinnamon. It reminds me a lot of cinnamon extract or cinnamon essential oil. It's a good unisex fragrance in my opinion, though I know some may find it too masculine. If you prefer very feminine scents, I would suggest avoiding the teak.I just put it in my car, so I will try to remember to update this on the longevity of the scent once it finally fades. I'll be able to decide whether it's worth it or not by how long it lasts. Initially, at least, this gets 5 stars.Small update - About 3 days after putting this in my car, the intensity of the scent dropped. It's not so powerful that every inhale inside my car smells like intense teak, but it's still pleasant.5/31/25 - The scent has lost more intensity. I still catch it as I enter the car which is nice, I assume my passengers think my car smells nice when they step in, but otherwise I don't really catch it. I live in SoCal and my car sits in the sun, and I noticed the intense heat causes the oils to seep out of the block. I attached a pic that shows what I mean. I suspect the scent molecules are being destroyed by the SoCal heat, and if I had my car in a cooler location during the day, the scent would be staying around much longer (and the oils wouldn't be seeping out the wood).Before you buy this, consider how hot the interior of your car will get during the day when not in use. Too much heat will destroy the scent molecules and shorten the lifespan of this air freshener.

First of all this scent (cabana) has a very oak-heavy smell. I’m not sure if that was the underlying scent of the wood block or the cabana scent itself, but it was not at all what I was expecting, and I didn’t care for it at all. Secondly, the visor clip didn’t even slightly fit on the visor of my 2025 rav4. I had to open it all the way and even then it wasn’t wide enough and ended up sticking off on the front edge, which just loooed silly and defeated the purpose of buying such an expensive, sleek-looking air freshener. They need to release more options for holders for people whose visors don’t work with the one and only option they currently offer. Or offer a wider clip option. The only positive about this is that it does look quite sleek, which is a major pro compared to other car air fresheners. So with better scent options (can we get something lavender based? Or something else floral? Less woods and more herbal), and another option for mounting, I would be willing to purchase from this brand again. However, until then, I can’t recommend, based on an overwhelmingly woody scent and useless clip, especially with such a high price tag.

Fantastic idea and keeps the car very fresh. I would like to see them come out with a way to reinfuse the wood holder to make it more cost effective

I bought this product a month ago mainly to try the scent and because of its look. It did its job - make my car smell good. It’s basically a wood soaked in oil. Be careful touching it with your bare hands if you don’t want the fragrance on your skin. I loved it because it uses essential oils compared to other car fresheners that has other chemicals.The only down side — the clip does not fit my visor.

Okay, so I gave this two stars because it is indeed beautiful, it holds well, and it doesn't get in the way and the worry of it falling onto your face or the dash as you drive is non existent.This thing came in packaged well, I was impressed by Alpha Males review on it so I decided to give it a try, and I bought two of them. One for the driver and passenger side.I installed them on Saturday, the scent was very strong, I see other reviews of people saying just how powerful the scent is and it is true, it's a powerful scent, however, it is right in front of your face as you drive and with the AC on or Heat on will further blow it into your face.Now, as I said, I installed it on Saturday and by Monday the smell was so faint that I forgot that I had installed them.Comes Tuesday, zero scent, I was so disappointed. I questioned myself to see if I had done something wrong, and I followed the instructions that I came with them and I also watched videos on them.Now, I am not sure if it starts off strong and then just supposed to lightly scent your vehicle, because I don't even smell it when I open the door and get in after the door has been closed all night.Maybe I received bad ones? But what are the chances of receiving two bad ones?Even before writing this review I went to my car to see if I was able to smell anything and it was so little that it didn't make sense at all.I think they have a great product here, it looks beautiful within the car, but they need to do more quality checks on this product.Now, they get you by saying that it can last up to 30 days ... But how? What makes it last 30 days?What would make it not smell after 48 hours?

Open Air smells good, but it doesn't smell like open Air or outdoorsy. It smells like fresh laundry. Will definitely check out the others. I love the wood, looks good in the car. It's a little big and might leave indentions on the visor, but not a problem if you keep using them. The wood has a magnet on it, so you could put it somewhere else in the car too if you wanted.

Love the look of these. They clip onto your visor and look and fit great. The magnets on these hold up and the fresher wood block does not fall off the metal clip. I have these in 4 different cars and they all hold up. All the scents are great and do range from mild to strong with Pine being the strongest I have tried so far. The scent lasts well over a month.
