Excellent

While this specific model was only half mentioned under compatible laptops it worked just fine. My aunts laptop started having issues where the left half of the keyboard would randomly stop registering keystrokes so I decided to give this a try and it worked. Quality on this was fine and took me maybe an hour to replace the original one with this (iFixit has a decent guide for the process). From what I could tell these keys and trackpad felt the same as the factory one, granted I didn't spend a whole lot of time with it. It's been a few weeks now and it's still going strong.

Cable that connects to motherboard is broken/detached. Hence, it CANNOT. be installed.

this install is not for those who are not tech savvy, but the part fits perfectly and is a direct replacement

I do laptop repairs regularly for my side business. This cover is very good quality compared to others I've purchased. For example sometimes the screw holes are made with softer plastic, thus not holding up long term. This casing doesn't suffer from that defect.The ribbon cable is just a tad shorter than the original though. It's no problem, just connect the ribbon cable to the motherboard first thing when reassembling.

I took a lot of pictures of screw locations before I put computer components into new top cover / keyboard.Works flawlessly
