They stay cool for a while. They are big enough to cover most of a pillow, and they don't slide around. The gel stays in place and it's decently thick so it doesn't spread. They are very effective at making me colder, however, they are extremely uncomfortable to lay any part of my body on, as they are very stiff.

Arrived next day with prime. In perfect condition. I didn’t think they’d be that effective when I took the plastic off but I was proved wrong. These pads leave your skin nice and cool. I have had a stingy itchy neck since Chemo and nothing stops it but I’ve found that “cold” on my skin really helps. I did as one reviewer suggested and put one of these in my pillow case. It kept my neck so nice and cool. It’s actually too cool for me to sleep on but at least I can calm my itch down before sleeping.These are pliable enough for me to roll one up and hold it around my neck during the day. I tried putting one in the fridge but that made it too cold for me.

Bought to replace an old one. Good quality. Excellent value 2 pack. Great if you have trouble sleeping or suffer with hot flushes. Can also be used as an ice pack to help with pain. Temperature is ok, but even better after placing in the fridge for an hour before use. Perfect for holiday abroad. Came well packed and on time. Highly reccomend product and seller.

These heat up to body temperature very quickly so don’t make any difference if you suffer from being hot during the night!

Only bough yesterday. They are cool to the head and are a little hard but once you get used to that they a fine, kept my head cool most of the night.

Ideal for in your pillow, or just using for aches and pains, it doesn't stay cold your body does heat it up, so just let it sit a while and it's cool again, good value as you have two so easy to swap around.
