I decided to give these a try after my last collagen ran out, and I have to say that I've been having a bit more joint pain since the switch. I don't know if this is a bio-availability issue or a potency one, so I'm trying 3 caps a day instead of two to see if that does better. May not be great value for money if you need 50% more to get the same effect. But all other measures I usually apply for supplements are met.
