Plan ahead before installing
The end result of this chandelier is amazing. It looks gorgeous and many people have commented on how nice it looks. When I was installing it the cords from the light to connect to the house wiring are a bit short but manageable. The nice thing though is that the connections are all screwed into a 'tab' that you only have to feed the wires into and then screw down. No more of twisting wires with a cap. When I was starting to hang the pieces I realized that I'd be climbing up and down the ladder A LOT.So instead, I took out the wiring from the bags one at a time, hooked it up to the pendant ball, and then put it back in the same numbered bag. (See 2nd picture) This was was so much faster especially if you're doing it like yourself like I did.Overall I am very pleased with this item. It is of nice quality and value. Also if you're comfortable with basic wiring and making sure you have the correct fuse off, this is an install that's totally doable without an electrician.

Beautiful! Adds value to the home
The chandelier requires special light bulbs (GU10, used usually for outdoor lighting), and it took a lot of time to put it together, but the effort was well worth it. It looks stunning, especially when the sunlight hits it!

It’s not easy to install but it looks great.
The price is cheap, but it is difficult to install. I hired an electrician to install it and it cost me $300. It does not include the light bulb.

Impressive & Classy
Let me start with... shipping was fast! it actually arrived a day earlier so immediately received 1*'s for that. The packaging was secured and all parts came in, and yes I counted all the pieces and made sure there were 57, which matches the mounting plate - another star for that...Before purchasing this product, I read all the reviews, advice and caveats of the installation... Since I was going to install this by myself on a two story foyer, I couldn't afford to make any mistakes and needed to make the task as simple as possible. So with that said, I created a template of the mounting hole on a piece of paper bag and placed a tape on the opposite side and attached it to the ceiling then drilling the holes. I used a different mounting hardware then one provided as I wanted it to be more secure than the set provided- prefer for this to not fall due to the weight. Finally installed the chamber, secured the wiring and mounted the cover plate and removed the protective sheet to prevent scratches, installed the lights 35w GU10 bright white LED bulb I bought from local HD (which I plan on replacing with a 50w daylight LED) .... then with help from both my daughters, one unwrapping and other handing it to me - this made the installation of the chandelier pendant strands rather speedy...TIP:- Buy 6x GU10 LED bulbs to match your preferred tone (white, warm, night or daylight)- Count all the strands before proceeding with installation and arrange them in numerical order since some might have shifted during shipment, but they should all be labeled/numbered- If doing alone, get all your tools ready and be ready to climb up and down several times- Take your time! Safety first while using ladder- Create mounting template for drilling mounting holes- Tape the back of mounting clips - this will make the installation of the strand rings so much easier so they do not rotate- Don't use the gloves provided, it will make installation of the strands more painful, just avoid touching the already exposed chrome plated cover- Be ready to spend at least 3 hours on the project- Installation should be 4/5 in difficulty as it does take time, but plan accordingly before starting and should save you plenty of timeOverall, I'm quite satisfied with the installed chandelier - and that's where the rest of the 3*'s came from- see my photos!!! Enjoy ;)

Beautiful but not simple to put together
This chandelier turned out beautiful. Didn’t know how much work was going to go into to it. Have to put each ball on each string. Then attach each string to the base. Which they do send numbered bags so keep them in order. We did an Assembly line to make the process faster. Didn’t love that you can’t attach the strings till after you install so that’s a lot of time on a ladder. Also might want to start backwards and work your way around so you don’t get lost in the middle of all the strings. Make sure you don’t skip any holes along the way, some are hidden right next to the lights. Hard to see. But over all great quality, size and the light looks so pretty.

Beautiful Chandelier
The picture does not do it justice! Please have a professional install this on a leveled ceiling (not slanted). Please note that there is film on the base of the lighting that you will need to have peeled off. I suggest starting with some tweezers. There were 57 crystals that needed to be hooked to their strings. They did give an extra crystal. The box came very organized and had the strings in individual baggies that were numbered 1 thru 57. #1 is the shortest string, and #57 is the longest string. I attached all 57 strings to a crystal. I placed the string, and it's crystal back in it's numbered baggie and had them laid out in numerical order for my contractor to install. You do start with #57 longest string/crystal (the longest) in the center of the base light, and you will end with #1 string/crystal (the shortest) on the outside of the base light. It helped my contractor save on time to have those strings & crystals already connected prior to installing the base. Recommended buy.

Stops working in a short amount of time.
I like the design of it and the amount of light it gave, but I bought it once and the light turned off stopped working in a short amount of time, so I bought another one and the same thing happened and I couldn’t fix it.
