Best toothbrush I’ve found, very comfortable and not very heavy but cleans well, it is also soft on gums and cleans wellIf also like to say it has AMAZING battery life, like I’ve taken this on trips 2+ weeks long and it doesn’t even need to charge

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I can trust this brand.Quality:This is a great toothbrush. I've owned several similar brushes and this one is superior.I tried a new toothpaste that was natural ( canary) and started to get strange staining on my teeth. Since I was using a regular toothbrush I decided to go back to an ultrasonic brush and ditch the canary brand toothpaste for Coral Nano-Silver Foam, which I really like.The staining on my teeth has subsided thank goodness.This toothbrush has 3 functions. 1 for clean, 2 for gum care and 3 for whitening. It does feel different on each setting.I highly recommend this toothbrush!

One of the best purchases I have ever made in my life without a doubt.Extremely well made and effective, I have literally 0 complaints.Only now after 5 years is it beginning to fail, the vibrating metal rod has begun to fall out of its rubber holding piece, it surprisingly still works if I press it back in. I am buying a new one as this is a good purchase!

Awesome toothbrushing this is my 3rd Phillips SONICARE. the only toothbrush I use. I also do a water pick. I have permanent bridges in the front, top and bottom. I had teeth broken and knocked out in a motorcycle accident. These two tools keep my teeth and gums in great shape.It’s like getting a massage for my mouth!

Good electric toothbrush, decent replacement for the 10 year old e-series elite brushes that still work but have different issues. Really hate how they redesigned these electric toothbrushes to fail more readily and not last as long so you have to replace them more often. The narrower handle makes it harder to hold the toothbrush and allows more spit and suds to drip down onto the handle as you brush. This also allows more fluid to get on the buttons, making it more likely to leak into sensitive electronics and damage the brush. If this brush doesn't last at least 5 years, I won't buy another Sonicare product. Otherwise the brush does a good job of cleaning, feels light in the hand (for better or worse), gets your teeth white and clean. The timer seems short of 30 seconds per quadrant.

Purchased this toothbrush in August of 2023. 17 months ago. I've used it 2x daily (at least 1,056 cycles) on the longest program. No problems.Today, I noted it making a lot of noise from the drive shaft which is now very loose and wobbly...there is definitely something wrong. I looked up my order and found that it has a 24 month warranty.I Contacted Phillips Support and they ABSOLUTELY ROCKED IT in just a few minutes. A few simple questions and a new one is on the way.If you think Im here to complain that it broke after at least 1,056 sessions, I'm definitely not. The math works out to less than 1¢ per use. Thats plenty of dollar value for a LOT of very thorough brushings. Also consider that another is on the way under warranty for that same initial purchase process thanks to the excellent warranty!

My endontist told me to get this brand. Took a little bit to get used to because the vibrations were not what I was used to. Good working electric toothbrush. I had a faulty case that came with it and the company replaced it quickly.

after less than a year my unit started making an awful noise, and not functioning properly. reached out to chat customer care on the philips website. the rep was great. they have a new unit on its way to me, free of charge. i had my last sonicare for nearly 10 years, hoping this replacement will go the distance. less than five stars for the longevity of this unit, - but 5 stars for the great service.
