The media could not be loaded. This is one of the best things we’ve ever bought. It does an amazing job. Really easy to set up and that’s it. No more vacuuming for us. Works perfectly, easy to empty, great cleaning. I love it. Definitely recommend.

Had similar one 4 years ago...had to replace with the same....no gimmicky very practical to use and does the job perfectly.....essential everyday cleaner and must have one for the family

This item works really well and I'm very pleased with it, it does a really good job of cleaning and half fills the bin on each clean over the last few weeks, so it is definitely doing the job.The only reason why I took 1 star off is that I think they should include a long bristle brush for people with deeper pole carpets and a short bristle one for people with very thin carpets. My vacuum kept stopping every 10 mins and telling me that there was a brush error, after googling the fix for to just trim the brushes with scissors as it was to do with the carpet pile. Once I did that the cleaner continued to work great and pick up dirt and stopped complaining about the brushes.

Amazing product! Easy to set up and easy to use. Easy to clear the dirt from the tray. Good suction. Though Sometimes it has difficulty finding the dock.

This was the main reason I bought this cleaner. My apartment in 85% covered by build in carpet. I am very satisfied, this is a great product. You will be amazed how well it performs and how it behaves overall :)

This unit is discontinued by xiaomi, the company that made it now make there own brand. This unit is not made for EU sales and no support will be given from xiaomi either by email or phone (I tried).It works well and parts are available online cheap enough, just be sure you are happy with the unit before you buy them or you will have useless parts left over after returning the vacuum as I have.I was lucky as I paid extra (around 40gbp) total 299gbp to get one supplied and shipped by amazon so returning it was easy compared to buying one from a Chinese seller.It's a lot of money to be spending on a vacuum that you get no warranty or support for so take this review as a fair warning.
