Good quality, no issues so far. Comfortable and good back support. Seat is cushy. Arm rests are just the right height for me. I found it very easy to put together. Great instructions and diagrams. All the holes lined up fine.

This is by far the most comfortable office chair that I've ever owned or sat in. I've owned quite a few office chairs. Some big and comfy, some new ergonomic designs, some super expensive, others supplied by my employer, and even 2 other/prior Serta chairs. This, by far beats them all. I first purchased this chair for my wife in her office. She's of average size as well, but she always felt like she was being swallowed by some of the larger, more cushiony office chairs. She wanted to be comfortable, but didn't want to drown in the chair. I purchased this chair for her and she absolutely loves it. It's been a year now, and it's holding up well, looks great, and she has zero complaints. Which brings me to my personal purchase for myself. I'm average size. A little bulky, but not too big. I've been through so many chairs. They all feel great initially, but after a lot of use, I felt uncomfortable, or fatigued from sitting, and even sore. I have some lumbar back issues, and my tail bone occasionally gets sore if I sit too long, especially if I slouch over time. I was ready to buy a new chair, and it takes me forever to decide, however I do really like my wife's chair. So I purchased this chair for myself. I must say, that this chair is the best that I've used. It's not huge. You wouldn't be too comfortable trying to nap in it. But for sitting and working? It's amazing. Perfect lumbar support, super soft on the butt without swallowing you, and keeps you straight, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this product.

Pretty happy with this chair, it’s very comfortable and supports the back really well. I switched from a gaming chair that fully reclined so that was something to get used to since this one doesn’t have a recline feature it just leans back like a normal computer chair but it is pretty much far enough.The biggest down side for me is the back rest doesn’t come up high enough so you can’t really rest your head on it and still look straight ahead at the computer screen unless you slide down in the chair which does kind of work but gets uncomfortable after a while.But once you get used to it that kind of becomes a non issue really so overall it’s pretty good.The molding quality and finish of the plastic for the arm rests and base looks pretty cheap not what you would expect for a 260 dollar chair but the material of the actual cushion is good quality I would say hopefully it holds up over time and doesn’t peel like some chairs

it's not... great. but not the worst chair i've ever had. It's comfortable enough but the arm rests are way too low for anyone of normal height.. I'm 5'4 and the armrests (which are not adjustable) are so low I can't use them comfortably unless I slouch way down. Otherwise the chair is comfortable enough.. the leather is soft. the rocking is nice, and it does adjust to where it's easier to rock/recline. The controls for height and turning off and on the recline are horrible, they fit in loose and pop out every time I use them. I don't know if I just don't have them in tight enough? But I can't seem to adjust them in any better. overall, not impressed and not worth the 260ish I paid.Edited to add: I figured out the controls to where they stick in the slot right and no longer fall out. A couple months in and this chair is really not comfortable for me. It feels like it keeps my head and neck at an awkward angle causing pain and stiffness. I don't recommend it.Updating now that I've had it a couple months. I don't recommend at all. Very uncomfortable, no lumbar support, this thing is awful, don't waste your money

This is an extremely comfortable chair, that looks great, and had a great sales price.

I needed an upgrade to my home office chair and found this on sale price. Took around 15-20 mins to put together with a tricky part on the last section to install but overall easy to build. Love the support and the cushions and is well built. Has everything one would want in an office chair.

Took some time to assemble but I was quite happy with the chair for One Year. Then, it started to wobble and the pneumatic post that controls the height started to sink. Feels like the post could snap off at any moment.I checked the underside to see if there was anything I could tighten but post is just worn out it seems. I even looked online to see if I could replace the part but nope.This is a chair I use for a home office but I sit in front of the computer 4-5 hours a day. The chair was bought in the Fall of 2017 and it is now Winter 2019. I wouldn't recommend this chair for anyone who uses it more than 5 hours a day.I've read that office chairs are rated in $100 increments. ie: Every $100 gets you a year's use. I paid $158 originally so I guess that seems about right but I still feel cheated.Winter 2022, I bought this chair again via an Amazon warehouse deal. Unfortunately, this is the best chair in its price range. I've worked my way thru several different chairs and have now come full circle. All of the ones in the 100 to 250 dollar range are trash. Don't waste your time unless you rarely sit in it or just want a fancy coat rack.The Serta chair is now, normally $250 which is still a ridiculous price, I got it for $143. However, I had to re-tap the top four screws in the chairs back rest. I guess this is why I got such a deal. The top two on each side were not tapped (threaded) properly.Hopefully, the plunger lasts a bit longer than it did last time, on this chair. I think you have to spend 400 at a minimum to get a decent chair. My sister still uses the old one in her garage. I rigged a piece of pipe to hold the faulty plunger up. The upholstery has held up just not the mechanical aspect.
