Works well. Does not smell like chemical. It does clean the inside the laundry water drainage well but still may need to physically unplug and clean the drainage.

Purchased Glisten Washing Machine Cleaner for front load Machine. I didn't think my Machine was dirty, however upon using(directions very clear and easy to use) my Machine smelled fresh and really shined. It cleared a soap residue to a new/shiny appearance. Excellent product quality - 1 bottle for 1 use. Fair price. Only problem was 1 bottle wasn't sealed and leaked all over - seems to happen with Amazon a lot.

I love this cleaner for my washer. It works just as well as the tablets, but I can put it up in the detergent dispenser as well to help keep that line clean too.

I was hoping this would have been the magic bullet I needed based on a review I read but I guess I just need to do a self clean on my washing machine a lot more often than I'm doing. It worked for a bit but if I don't do it regularly (every few days) the smell comes back. I'll just use bleach or vinegar or something else from now on since the difference wasn't substantial enough for me to buy again.

I've been using the Glisten washing machine (and dishwasher) products for years. These easily cut thru the soap residues in the washer and with a bit on a rag, it keeps the port window into the machine very clean. I also use this product on a dampened rag to clean in and around the washer door seals monthly. A lot of gunk accumulates there if you let go for too long! It's also useful for helping to remove the buildup / gunk on/in the detergent holder and inside the slide-in compartment for the detergent holder / tray on my on my model. Thank You.
