Q: Why is one harmonica 3octaves and another one 4 and they are both 16 holes

Strange question, 16 holes will always give 4 octaves. The numbering goes 1-4 for the first 4 holes then starts at 1 again at the 5th hole. Up to 12 at the 16th hole. Is it this which is causing confusion?

Q: Are all suzuki chomatix scx 64 made in china?

As far as I know they are made in Japan although there is no country of manufacture marked on the instrument. I took the covers off to check, just a number stamped on the body. Superb instrument, does it really matter?

Q: Is the key of F lower in pitch than C or higher ?

In a C scale, F would be higher.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duty on this product in UK?

If I remember correctly I did not have to pay anything on top of Amazon’s quoted price.
