If you like to smoke meat and love the charcoal taste of a Pit Barrel smoker, this is a MUST HAVE for you! Honestly, I don't know why we didn't get one years ago. Cleaning ash out of the bottom was a complete hassle before - but this makes it a breeze! Now I just wish the company would start including them with the original purchase...

This ash pan is very well made, and dies what it was made for. It makes cleaning the Pit Barrel Cooker a much easier task. I only wish it was designed to lock onto the charcoal holder itself. Then it would be perfect. I also feel this should be included with the original equipment and not an add on accessory.

The only thing I'd say negative about this is it really ought to come included with the PBC.
