Update 12/5/23 - After my initial one star review criticizing the effectiveness of this Jarrow Energy Optimizer, I decided to continue taking the suggested 3 capsules per day after returning from work somewhat fatigued, and did notice that it does provide a gentle, subtle, and steady, energy supply. Not as dramatic as the adoptenic herbs I normally take for a rapid pick-me-up when needed, but more milder. Being that they are a complex of a variety of mushrooms including ashwagandha, they tend to work differently as more of a mild energy booster and immune enhancer and that may be just right for some. I normally stick to buying supplements which provide a consistent and noticeable result for my needs before I recommend them to others. As everyone's physical makeup is different and may require the suggested dose or an increased amount, one should consult with a proper healthcare professional for advice. This time, I gave it three stars due to no returns being accepted.
