How to apply to concrete walls

Found best when applied with forehead to concrete wall, especially pebble dashed

Csn you use it on felt roofing

I’m not sure..we used it on a corrugated tin roof on our allotment site..where it has ‘coated’ a few vandals..why not try a small tin and see if it does work on felt.. don’t forget legally you have to have a sign to say it’s in use to warn the vandals!! Hope this helps....
