This is a series of academic research articles combined into a book, but I found it compelling reading throughout and a very useful reference for anyone looking to set up, administer to, or just understand the functioning and facilitation of coaching and mentoring; up to date research from the leading academics in their respective fields, makes this a joy to read, but the density of the information makes it feel like trying to eat an elephant at times; probably needs to be absorbed in small and relevant portions; really one for professionals in the field...
