It’s as described, our bath is quite high so it’s made it difficult for me to get on & off .The product is really good , it’s our bath that’s the problem .It’s non slip as it said & sturdy .

each screw has been in and out of the holes twice , i cannot get the holes in the metal support to attach to the underside of the seats , i then attached everything else leaving the seat until last ( everything fitted ) except the underseat i couldntg et the holes to line up on both sides of the underneath of seats , one side yes , other side NO . As a result the seats moved : update , put metal bar in vice altered the bends and angle , filed holes , all good now problem solved

The bath chair was good but the legs outside the bath are 4inches to short and can you buy longer legs please

Not exactly steady , thought it would be stronger

I got this for a family member to help them use a over bath shower. Presumed it would fit standard uk bath.Delivered fine. Easy enough to put together on your own. Seemed sturdy enough.Didn't fit the standard bath, legs on the outside of the bath were not long enough for the seat to clear the bath.Returned item and got refund no issue, no problems with the seller.

This is the perfect solution for my paraplegic husband to shower. The transfer from wheelchair to bath seat was efficient and safe. The bench is very sturdy and does not move around as so many do. This was the cheapest solution to our problem and the best. Very pleased.

As others have said outside legs are too short otherwise seems a good product shame will be sending back for a refund.
