I tried this product for three months straight and followed the directions and unfortunately, I didn’t feel like it did what it claimed. In theory the seat cycling I do believe works, but I am not sure how much of each seed was in each serving. It was measurable by a spoon that was included, but I also had a hard time getting this down when I would add it to anything. It was not easy to mask the taste nor did it mix very well. The quality of the product I have to say was fresh every time I opened it. I just didn’t get the results that I had hoped for and the product was harder to use for me then it was for me to purchase my own and mix it myself.

Amazing product!! And the owner of this company is amazing as well. Highly recommend! Has regulated my cycle.

It's only been two days so I can't give a product review. What I can say is that it is very nicely packaged, I like the scripture on the bottom of the box, and I love the hand written "thank you for your purchase" note.

I discovered Manski's Wellness on Instagram and immediately purchased the product on Amazon. I had reached a point where surgery seemed like my only option to manage the extremely heavy and painful periods that left me weak and unable to work during that time of the month. At that point, I was desperate for relief, so I was willing to try anything. This product exceeded my expectations. I've just completed my fourth cycle using the seed kit, and I can honestly say it's been the best cycle I've had in nearly 10 years! I had almost no symptoms, and for the first time in a long time, I was able to leave the house and wasn't bedridden throughout the entire cycle. I'm so grateful I found this product – it has truly transformed my life.

I am currently TTC my first baby and got this to hopefully help balance my hormones for conception. I use a fertility tracker that tracks 4 hormones daily through urine samples. My hormones prior to using this were fine, and ovulation was confirmed.The month I used this, my hormones completely tanked and I could not get a confirmed ovulation.After further research, it seems that some of the seeds included in here can have the opposite effect in some women, and unfortunately, I seem to be one of those. I’m utterly disappointed, as this completely wasted a full cycle/opportunity to conceive for me.Moral of the story — this isn’t for everyone. Not only that, I have 32-35 day cycles, so I’d need 2 packs per cycled which is crazy expensive. You can buy whole, organic seeds on your own and grind using a food processor for WAY less money. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, the other reviews are true. There is not enough product for a full 14/28 day cycle. See pictured. I carefully measured and did it a second time but got the same results. Exactly 2 even tablespoons comes out to 12/24 days. With not even a full tablespoon leftover. Please update the product to include at least the 4 needed tablespoons. I will just skip days this cycle. I will update my review with results if they are notable. If results are significant, I will improve the rating to a 4.Other options to fix the product issue, include a plastic spoon that matches the intended dosage, sell different sizes (would also accommodate ladies with longer or shorter cycles), advertise as a 12 day serving, etc.

Love that I found these products! Truly think seed cycling is helping me with my fertility journey!!! These are a must now in my smoothies!!I wanted to update my review! :) In combination with other lifestyle changes, I AM PREGNANT after 5 years of trying!! If you’re trying to regulate your cycle this might be the best way to do it naturally! Thanks for the help!! Big fan!
